This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you") and Your News Pty Ltd ('Your News") regarding your use of the Your News Email Newsletter ("eNewsletter"). By using the eNewsletter, you are entering into this Agreement with Your News and indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions as originally stated, please do not use the eNewsletter.

1. Rights Associated with the eNewsletter.
The eNewsletter is designed to help you find information that resides on sites not owned or controlled by Your News. In particular, the eNewsletter provides brief descriptions of stories to help you identify the stories of interest to you. When you select a story that appears to be interesting, you will be linked to the website on which that story appears. Your News owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the eNewsletter; but Your News does not claim ownership rights to the full stories, which are instead held by the sites to which the eNewsletter links.

2. Use of the eNewsletter.
Your News makes no representations about the content and suitability of this information for any purpose. It is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty.

Your News disclaims all warranties with regard to this information, including all implied warranties or merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Your News be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, rising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information.

You may only display the content of the eNewsletter for your own personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content. For example, you may not do any of the following: take the results from the eNewsletter and reformat and display them, or mirror any portion of the results on your website; or use the eNewsletter as part of a "meta-search" offering. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the eNewsletter. If you are uncertain whether your intended use of the eNewsletter is permissible, please contact us. In addition, Your News shall have the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the eNewsletter or your access to it.

3. Modifications of Terms.
Your News shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, we suggest that you check this page periodically. To make your review more convenient, we will post a version number or date at the bottom of this page.
